Julie Watson
Julie is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Corrective Exercise Specialist who offers a holistic integrative approach to pain management, mental health and more. With 15 years of experience and working alongside healthcare professionals, she focuses on supporting healing and empowering others to live a better and healthier life. Julie’s experience includes teaching yoga for stress & anxiety, depression, trauma, common types of pain, orthopedic issues, neurological conditions, and sports recovery. She also has been part of an interdisciplinary team of doctors, psychologists and physical therapists at an integrated pain care center, teaching individuals with chronic pain functional movement and yoga therapy and education classes to improve sleep and manage stress. Her work combines postures, corrective exercise, self-myofascial release, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation practices and Ayurveda.
